With their combined training and extensive experience in the HVAC trade, Don and Brian were inspired to form a business that would provide quality service at fair prices. Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was formally established August, 1993 in Redmond Oregon, and COHC began their operations. By installing and servicing both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning equipment they gave their customers fast reliable service at fair prices, building a solid reputation of honest, dependable and quality work.
Before the end of the first year of business, COHC moved into a shop located on Highland (now the A&W). In 1998, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. moved to its current location at 2516 SW Glacier Place, Redmond OR.
From the original crew of two, COHC has grown. Several of our valued staff have been with us for many years and some have joined us more recently. All are part of the team that we depend on to maintain the quality, reputation and growth of our company. Our employees have a variety of training in the industry including; NATE certifications, HVAC specialized trade schools, an HVAC college degrees and training certificates from the manufactures – all to be the best technicians in the HVAC field to serve you better.
COHC is licensed in all counties in Oregon. We primarily operate in the Central Oregon areas of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties. We also have valued customers throughout the state. We have three locations: Redmond (our corp. office), Madras, and our newest in Bend.
